Revealed: the Town That Drowned ; WORLD NEWS (Artificial flowers)

By Kathy Marks The little town of Adaminaby in Australia's Snowy Mountains was drowned in 1958 to create a massive artificial lake. Buildings were moved to higher ground, where a new settlement sprang up, and what was left disappeared into a watery grave.
