WAR, HOMOSEXUALITY: Gregoire signs law to limit funeral demonstrations (Flowers for funerals)

Gov. Chris Gregoire on Friday signed into law a measure that restricts demonstrations at funeral services - a move made largely in response to protests at funerals for soldiers killed in Iraq.
Services for Geneva G. Denton, 63, Henderson, who died Monday, will be at 2 p.m. today at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery.
